We’re thrilled to introduce a program that rewards our business customers for referring other businesses to our Hosted VoIP services. This program aims to strengthen our community and provide valuable benefits to both referrers and new customers.
How It Works:
- Refer a Business: As a business customer of Charleston Telecom Solutions, LLC, refer other businesses to our Hosted VoIP service.
- Installation of Service: When the referred business signs up for our Hosted VoIP service and completes the installation process, you will receive a one time check for the monthly amount of their service subscription as a referral reward.
- Repeat Referrals: There is no limit to the number of businesses you can refer. The more businesses you refer, the more referral rewards you can earn.
Guidelines:
- Eligibility: The referral program is open to all active business customers of Charleston Telecom Solutions, LLC who have an account in good standing. The referred business must be a warm referral and be expecting Charleston Telecom Solutions, LLC to contact them.
- Referral Process: Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral portal or by contacting our customer support team. Referrals made through other channels may not be eligible for rewards.
- Reward Calculation: Referral rewards are calculated based on the monthly subscription amount of the referred business’s Hosted VoIP service plan. You will receive a one-time check equivalent to the monthly amount upon successful installation of the service (not including taxes and fees).
- Payment: Referral rewards will be paid via check and mailed to the address associated with your business account within 30 days of the referred business’s service installation.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent or suspicious activity, including falsifying referrals or misrepresenting information, will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
- Program Changes: Charleston Telecom Solutions, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- Compliance: Participants in the referral program must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of Charleston Telecom Solutions, LLC.
